With the Kitchen Confidence class, you’ll master the principles of good cooking, including knife skills, sauces, butchery or filleting, and desserts, to cook up a main course to enjoy together. In the Proper Puddings class, you’ll learn how to make four classic puddings to take home and in the Bread Making class, master the four pillars of baking, savouring your creations with a group lunch. Discover the secrets of an Italian staple with a Master the Pasta class, or create flavourful Indian dishes with the Spice Masterclass. With a relaxed and creative atmosphere and led by expert professional chefs, this is a wonderful way to learn new skills or build on existing ones. You’ll also get to take home a recipe pack from the day, plus a Sauce apron, cloth and tote bag.
